What you'll do

AI Strategy & Implementation

• Own AI integration roadmap: identify, evaluate, and implement AI solutions using existing models (LLMs, pre-trained models, AI APIs)
• Product AI features: design and ship AI-powered data extraction, intelligent data validation, automated analytics and reporting, and benchmarking enhancements.
• Operations AI: implement automation for daily workflows (documentation, code assistance etc.), customer support, marketing.
• Pragmatic AI enablement: deliver AI use cases with measurable ROI and safe guardrails (e.g., document/contract parsing, anomaly detection in audits, QA/test generation).

Technical Architecture

• Partner with Product: shape architecture and delivery for freight contract management, freight audit, tendering simulations, and analytics.
• Platform architecture: contribute to secure multi-tenant design, APIs, data models, and observability/SRE practices.
• Data & pipelines: ensure data pipelines, quality, versioning, and privacy are solid; enable insight-ready data for AI features and dashboards.
• Cloud & infrastructure: guide evolution toward containerized workloads and modern IaC; ensure reliability and scalability for AI workloads.

Collaboration & Influence

• Technical advisory: run design reviews, demo progress to stakeholders, and de-risk decisions early.
• AI literacy: build internal AI knowledge — train teams on effective AI tool usage and establish governance frameworks.
• Cross-functional work: collaborate with engineering, customer success, and marketing teams across time zones (Vietnam, Europe).

Team leadership:

• Mentor engineers, recruit key hires, and foster a collaborative, ownership-driven culture across time zones.Your Skills and Experience

Your Skills and Experience

Must-have experience

• 5+ years in software engineering with 2+ years focused on AI/ML implementation and integration.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure AI, or similar) in production environments.
• Strong Python skills; experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar).
• Understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG architectures.
• Broad technical background: backend development (TypeScript/Node, Python), databases (relational + schema design), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD.
• Good communication in English (B2+); confident with technical discussions and stakeholder presentations.

Nice to have

• European market exposure (worked for EU product companies or shipped to EU enterprise customers).
• Logistics domain experience: freight audit, rating, tendering, EDI/e-invoicing.
• Experience in document processing / OCR / NLP for structured data extraction.
• Building secure multi-tenant apps (RBAC, OAuth/OIDC, encryption).
• AWS/Kubernetes/EKS, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CDK), Prometheus/Grafana.
• Track record of building AI adoption within organizations.
