• Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions for complex, real-world business use cases 
• Architect scalable AI systems covering data pipelines, model development, MLOps, deployment, and monitoring 
• Collaborate closely with Consulting, Data, Cloud, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions 
• Review technical designs, code, and model performance to ensure quality, security, and scalability 
• Mentor and coach Junior/Mid level AI Engineers, providing technical guidance and code reviews 
• Support pre-sales activities such as solution ideation, technical proposals, and client workshops when required. Prepare and present technical documentation, solution architectures, and knowledge-sharing materials for internal teams and clients 
• Proactively propose new AI approaches, tools, and architectures to improve delivery efficiency and business impact

Your Skills and Experience

• Proficient in Python, with solid knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn 
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or AI agents 
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring, retraining pipelines) 
• Experience deploying AI solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) 
• Experience acting as technical lead or sub-project lead in AI or data projects 
• Ability to plan, estimate, and manage AI-related tasks, timelines, and technical dependencies
