JOB OBJECTIVE 

• Design, deliver, and maintain production-ready AI features. Lead technical decisions for AI integrations and ensure business value realization

 SCOPE OF WORK 

• Design and deliver AI/ML features using pre-trained/fine-tuned models 
• Own end-to-end lifecycle (model selection → integration → deployment → monitoring) 
• Manage data pipelines for training/inference/evaluation 
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and QA to ship and iterate on AI-powered solutions 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Own AI component design for customer-facing features (search, chat, vision, recommendation) 
• Evaluate multiple models and vendors (e.g., OpenAI, Cohere, Google Vertex, Azure AI) 
• Architect and implement scalable inference pipelines and fallback mechanisms 
• Lead experiments, feasibility studies, and solution prototypes 
• Work with PM/PO to define success metrics and track model effectiveness

 

Your Skills and Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in software/AI engineering 
• Expertise in modern AI frameworks (Transformers, LLMs, vision models) and/or Computer Vision 
• Experience with model evaluation (BLEU, F1, latency, hallucination control, etc.) 
• Strong system design, API, and cloud deployment knowledge (GCP/AWS/Azure) or edge/embedded devices (NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi, TPU, ARM, MediaTek…).
• Ability to write clean, production-grade code and mentor juniors is a plus
