Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Platform Engineer to integrate AI, build an LLM/Chatbot platform and data systems, and deliver effective, stable, and state-of-the-art AI solutions into production with high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & implement an LLM/Chatbot platform: prompt engineering, tool calling, streaming, and model fallback strategies.
• Build data pipelines: ingestion/crawling, data processing (cleaning, deduplication, metadata enrichment), storage, and multi-source/multi-tenant routing.
• Deploy RAG/Retrieval systems: embeddings, chunking, vector indexing, and search/hybrid search.
• Set up LLMOps practices: monitoring, logging, evaluation, cost/latency optimization, caching/retry, and rate limiting.
• Standardize internal frameworks: enable fast reuse and rapid deployment across teams.

Your Skills and Experience

Requirements

• Backend experience with Python or Node.js, building APIs and async pipelines.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience implementing data pipelines + RAG in real-world production environments.
• Production mindset: performance optimization, system stability, and strong observability practices.
• Solid fundamentals in AI concepts: embeddings, similarity search, and hallucination mitigation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, pgvector/Milvus.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Redis, messaging queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and workflow tools (Airflow/Prefect).
