Airfreight Export Executive

Job Description

REQUIREMENT:

• University educational background

• Functional 3-years' experience in relevant working experience, knowledge of customs, preferably knowledge of airfreight industry and processes.

• Familiar with and well able to work within the import/export process.

• Know supplier conditions, delivery terms, Inco terms and purchasing conditions.

• Know risks and insurance terms.

• Familiar with and able to work with the company’s quality and environmental policies.

• Good knowledge of computer system, both import/export and invoicing.

• Knowledge of Customs tariff.

• Good communication skills.

• Financial awareness.

• Able to manage own working time effectively.

• Knowledge of service levels expected by clients – able to deliver them

• Language skills: English & Vietnamese Intermediate

• A sense of responsibility:

- Able to plan and organise a complex process from start to finish.

- Can take own initiatives and make decisions when necessary.

- Good sense of customer needs – is interested in finding the best solution for the customer.

- Good financial ability.

- Good control over financial aspects of the job.

- Flexible and innovative, can concentrate on solving customer’s logistic problems.

- Can understand and work around cultural barriers.

- Sense of perspective to see the entire situation – supplier, customer and own operations.
