• Take full ownership of bancassurance business performance within the assigned area, with direct accountability for sales results and quality.

Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in insurance/economic/finance/banking
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of bancassurance experience in banking or life insurance, with hands-on exposure to both Direct and Referral Sales Models.
• Strong commercial mindset with result-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
