Your role & responsibilities

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) 

• Proven experience integrating with F&O using Data Entities (create/read/update patterns). 
• Experience working with F&O OData/ REST endpoints, including filtering, paging, and handling large datasets. 
• Understanding of legal entity/ company context and its impact on integrations and data access. 
• Experience consuming F&O Business Events for event-driven integration scenarios. 
• Working knowledge of F&O technical concepts that affect integrations, including: 
  • Number sequences, validations, and common error handling patterns 
  • Security concepts for integrations (service accounts, permissions/roles) 
• Experience supporting integrations with awareness of F&O extensions/custom fields and their impact on entities. 

 

Microsoft Power Platform 

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Pages (site configuration, forms/lists, and portal development fundamentals). 
• Strong knowledge of Power Pages security, including web roles and table permissions for external user access scenarios. 
• Strong experience with Dataverse, including: 
  • o Data modeling (tables, relationships, keys) 
  • o Business rules/validation 
  • o Auditing and data governance considerations 
• Strong experience with Dataverse security (teams/business units, row-level access, least-privilege design). 
• Strong experience with Power Automate for orchestration and workflow, including: 
  • o Approvals and multi-step workflows 
  • o Error handling, retries, logging/monitoring practices 
  • o Working with connectors and managing complex payloads 
• Experience building and maintaining custom connectors (where standard connectors are insufficient). 
• Working knowledge of Dual-write concepts (data ownership, mapping considerations, monitoring).

Your skills & qualifications

Microsoft Copilot (Must Have) 

• Ability to use Microsoft Copilot (or Copilot Studio / Copilot in Power Platform tools) effectively to: 
  • Generate and refine code using well-structured prompts 
  • Accelerate development tasks (scripts, formulas, integrations, documentation snippets) 
  • Validate and improve generated outputs (quality, security, performance) through iterative prompting

 

Communication (Must Have) 

• Strong English communication and conversation skills (spoken and written), able to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders and participate in solution workshops and technical discussions. 

 

Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Delivery 

• Experience with Power Platform Solutions (managed/unmanaged), environment variables, and connection references. 
• Experience supporting deployments across Dev/ Test/ UAT/ Production environments (pipelines/Azure DevOps preferred). 
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, and F&O integrations.

 

Education 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience. 

 

Nice to Have (Certifications) 

• Microsoft certifications related to the role, such as: 
  • PL-200, PL-400, PL-600 
  • MB-300 / MB-310 / MB-330 
  • AZ-204 or other relevant Azure certifications

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a structured project environment.
