Work Location: Our factory is based in VSIP 3, Binh Co Ward, Ho Chi Minh (formerly known as Hoi Nghia Ward, Tan Uyen - Binh Duong). Shuttle buses are provided from Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa & Binh Duong

Core Responsibilities:


Design and build reports to support manufacturing operations.


Map and analyze business processes and then identify improvement areas that can be supported by Business Intelligence tools


Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s mission


Transform collected data into actionable information for Manufacturing Operations


Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability


Liaison between IT development teams and Moulding Operations


Drives & support BI and analytics projects locally (e.g. efficiency improvements in Moulding areas)

The Business Intelligence Manufacturing Team governs and enhances all Business Intelligence & Analytics activities in the Moulding areas - including production, maintenance, training, and logistics - leveraging digitalization while sustaining operational momentum.

Requirements

Do you have what it takes?


Have 2 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics role


Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, information science, or a related field is required for this position.


Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking) is required


Structured Query Language (SQL)


Microsoft Excel


Data Visualization


R or Python-Statistical Programming


Critical Thinking


Presentation Skills


Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs)


Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed).
