We are hiring Middle/Senior Business Analysts to join our product team building next-generation POS and restaurant technology solutions for F&B merchants in the U.S. 

You will work closely with Product Owners, engineers, QA, UI/UX designers, and U.S. stakeholders to understand real restaurant problems, translate them into clear product requirements, and support delivery from discovery to go-live. Key Responsibilities

  •  Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders (internal & external) to gather, clarify, and document business requirements for F&B and POS features. 
  • Conduct requirements elicitation via interviews, workshops, observation of restaurant operations, and analysis of current systems. 
  • Translate business needs into clear artefacts: - User stories & acceptance criteria - Use cases, process flows (AS-IS / TO-BE) - Basic wireframe notes and error/edge-case scenarios 
  • Analyze restaurant workflows end-to-end (dine-in, takeout, delivery, online ordering, kitchen routing, tipping, discounts, loyalty, reporting). 
  • Work with UI/UX to ensure screens and flows match business rules and are usable for busy F&B staff. 
  • Align with Backend and Mobile/Web teams on API/logic requirements and constraints. 
  • Support QA in building test scenarios, reviewing test cases, and clarifying expected behavior. 
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Assist in UAT: prepare test scripts, support merchants and internal users, track and help resolve defects. 
  • Help maintain product documentation (SRS/UC, release notes, configuration guides).
Your Skills and Experience
  • Must have
    • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in software/product companies.
    • Requirements elicitation & documentation (user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, SRS).
    • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for Product, Dev, and QA teams.
    • Write and maintain structured documentation (SRS, Use Cases, Release Notes, Configuration Guides).
    • Business process modeling (flowcharts, swimlanes, basic sequence diagrams).
    • Strong ownership mindset: proactively identifies risks and drives issue resolution.
    • Comfortable with task tracking and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion, Google Docs).
    • Basic data analysis skills using Excel/Google Sheets.

 

  • Nice to have
    • Experience working with U.S. F&B market or international clients.
    • Experience with POS, payment gateways, online ordering platforms, kiosks, or delivery aggregators.
    • Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban (e.g., Scrum certification, PSPO, CBAP/ECBA, PMI PBA is a plus).
    • Experience preparing training materials, release notes, or conducting product demos.
    • Prior work in small/medium product companies or startups.
