We are seeking a Product Owner (PO)/ Business Analyst (BA) with the ability to lead products to join our Product Department.

About Product Department

The Product Department specializes in creating and developing product value through strategic direction, deep understanding of business problems, and designing the right, valuable, and engaging solutions.

Unlike the Delivery Unit, the Product Department is responsible for ensuring "the right product & worth building".

Your work revolves around 2 core focuses:

Focus 1 - Analysis and Solution Proposal: Receive requirements, analyze pain points/bottlenecks, consider from a human perspective, analyze user experience, define goals and objectives for the product, propose design solutions.
Focus 2 - Documentation following TechTus BA Process: Document products according to IT BA processes so the development team can execute.

1. Product Strategy Definition

Define vision, roadmap, and product strategy aligned with business goals and market needs, leading the product with the vision of "transforming mundane business processes into engaging experiences"
Plan and execute A/B testing, stakeholder interviews, data analysis to validate product assumptions, measure value, and discover user needs through data-driven insights

2. Product Backlog Management

Manage Product Backlog based on business value, user needs, human-centered value, and strategic objectives
Refine backlog items, write clear User Stories and Acceptance Criteria aligned with product vision
Perform estimation to support sprint planning and overall scheduling
Understand all features and how they interact with each other, ensuring consistency, connectivity, and quality for the entire product

3. Cross-functional Team Leadership

Work with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver products/projects
Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate product decisions to all stakeholders
Collaborate effectively with Dev and QA teams; bridge between business and technical language
Review solution designs and test cases for business fit; participate in UAT: plan scenarios, support execution, approve according to objectives
Manage change requests; assess impact on scope, time, cost; keep requirements and documentation updated

4. Requirements & Documentation

Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders using BA techniques
Write BRD, SRS, User Stories, and necessary documentation to ensure clear communication between business and technical teams
Create wireframes and flowcharts to visualize features and user flows in an engaging and intuitive way
Create and maintain UML diagrams and BPMN process models to ensure common understanding of business processes and systems, demonstrating tight connectivity

5. UX Research Collaboration

Collaborate with designers to plan user interviews, surveys, and usability testing; synthesize personas and journey maps, propose UX solutions
Map interfaces with data to ensure information is presented engagingly, clearly, demonstrating high connectivity

6. Leveraging and Maximizing AI Usage

Use GenAI tools when appropriate to draft/refine project documentation following processes, user stories & testable criteria, summarize meetings, analyze documents, and quickly sketch wireframes/prototypes; validate GenAI results

7. Presales Support

Contribute to proposals and RFPs: business context, problems to solve, scope/modules, phased roadmap
Coordinate with SA on architecture and PM on planning and effort

Your Skills and Experience

3+ years of experience as Product Owner/Product Manager/Business Analyst in software projects/products; solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum
Experience in Product Backlog management, Roadmap planning, leading cross-functional teams
Experience in Product Discovery & Validation: user research, A/B testing, data analysis
Data Analysis Skills: SQL/Sheets; familiar with Power BI/Tableau; ability to build dashboards/reports and interpret KPIs
Product Strategy: market analysis, competitive analysis, Business Model Canvas, product positioning
Critical thinking & communication: ability to ask deep "why/how" questions; distinguish facts from assumptions; communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders
Creative thinking & UX focus: ability to transform mundane business processes into engaging experiences; focus on creating excellent UX with a human-centered approach
Proficient in English (written and spoken)
Experience with medium to large projects (~8+ dev-months), SaaS/product environments, 3-5+ domains

Nice to have:

IT BA Skills: User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria; proficient in UML/BPMN; writing BRD/SRS; wireframing with Figma/Balsamiq/Sketch
AI & UX: using AI tools to accelerate product delivery; UX research collaboration (interviews, personas, journey mapping, usability testing)
Systems Thinking & Design: see cross-process/system impacts; end-to-end solution design, domain-driven design
Experience with Product and Outsourcing environments; presales/proposals; global markets (US, UK, Japan, SEA)
Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N3+); familiar with Jira/Confluence, Figma/Miro, Postman, Git workflows
Experience with domains: E-commerce, SaaS, CRM, ERP, Finance, Insurance
