Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially strategic leader with strong Procurement / Purchasing background in Pharmaceutical or Supplement industries to drive portfolio expansion, exclusive partnerships, and sustainable margin growth.
This role requires a commercially driven professional who understands both strategic business development and supply-side operations, including sourcing, commercial negotiation, regulatory considerations, and supply continuity.
You will drive end-to-end evaluation and onboarding of pharmaceutical/supplement brands, from market assessment and supplier due diligence to GTM rollout and post-launch performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Category & Portfolio Expansion Strategy
• Define sourcing and partnership strategy for pharmaceutical/supplement categories.
• Identify high-potential brands, manufacturers (OEM/ODM), and exclusive distribution opportunities.
• Design portfolio structure aligned with margin targets, positioning strategy, and channel expansion plans.
• Evaluate white-space opportunities and unmet consumer demand segments.
2. Strategic Supplier Acquisition & Negotiation
• Lead end-to-end supplier acquisition process: sourcing → evaluation → negotiation → contracting → onboarding.
• Drive high-level commercial negotiations (pricing, rebate structure, exclusivity, credit terms, volume commitment).
• Build long-term partnership models instead of transactional procurement.
• Develop supplier scorecard framework (cost efficiency, quality compliance, production capability, scalability).
3. Commercial Due Diligence & Risk Governance
• Conduct structured commercial and operational due diligence:
• Margin simulation & scenario modeling
• Cost breakdown analysis
• Supply risk assessment
• Regulatory and compliance review
• Evaluate production capacity, raw material sourcing risk, and contingency planning.
• Ensure alignment between forecast, working capital, and inventory health.
4. Go-To-Market & Business Scaling
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to define GTM blueprint for new brands.
• Align supply readiness with campaign calendar and demand forecast.
• Monitor commercial KPIs (Gross margin, Sell-in / sell-out, Inventory turnover, Contribution margin, Continuously optimize portfolio mix based on performance data.)
5. Cross-Functional Commercial Leadership
• Act as commercial owner for supplier-related initiatives.
• Influence internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Product).
• Translate supplier insights into strategic growth recommendations.
• Standardize evaluation and sourcing framework to improve decision quality.
Requirements
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Supplement, Healthcare, or FMCG sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical/supplement compliance and quality standards.
• Experience working with OEM/ODM manufacturers is highly preferred.
• Strategic mindset with strong financial acumen.
• Proven track record in execution, evaluation, and cross-functional project management.
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple priorities.
• High ownership, structured working style, and growth mindset.

• 13th-month salary, annual performance bonus, project bonus, and sales incentive (depending on position)
• Lunch allowance: 730,000 VND/month
