Chuyên gia/ Chuyên viên Vận hành hệ thống Core (T24, LOS, Card)

Your role & responsibilities

• Thực hiện chạy khóa sổ cuối ngày (COB T24, EOD hệ thống Thẻ, …) theo đúng quy trình và timeline quy định./ Execute end-of-day (EOD) and close-of-business (COB) processes (such as T24 COB, Card System EOD) in strict compliance with established procedures and timelines.
• Giám sát trạng thái hoạt động của các ứng dụng, batch job, xử lý kịp thời sự cố phát sinh để duy trì tính liên tục dịch vụ./ Monitor application status and batch job performance, promptly handle incidents to ensure service continuity.
• Ghi nhận, phân loại, và xử lý sự cố bước đầu; phối hợp với các đội ứng dụng/hạ tầng để khắc phục triệt để./ Record, categorize, and perform initial troubleshooting; coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure complete resolution of issues.
• Cập nhật nhật ký vận hành và các tài liệu hướng dẫn khi có thay đổi./ Update operation logs and procedural documentation whenever changes occur.

Your skills & qualifications

• Tốt nghiệp đại học, cao đẳng (hoặc tương đương) trở lên và/hoặc có chứng chỉ nghề trong lĩnh vực công nghệ thông tin, điện tử viễn thông./ Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent) and/or professional certifications in Information Technology or Telecommunications.
• Có kiến thức nền tảng về hệ điều hành (Windows, Linux), mạng và bảo mật./ Solid understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, and information security.
• Có khả năng cài đặt, cấu hình và vận hành ứng dụng trên nền tảng Windows, Linux/UNIX./ Ability to install, configure, and operate applications on Windows and Linux/UNIX platforms.
• Có khả năng xây dựng OS script phục vụ tự động hóa công việc./ Capable of developing OS-level scripts for task automation.
• Có kỹ năng giám sát, phân tích log, xử lý sự kiện ban đầu./ Proficient in monitoring, log analysis, and initial incident handling.
• Đã có kinh nghiệm vận hành ứng dụng trên platform IIS, WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, NGINX…/ Experienced in application operation on platforms such as IIS, WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, and NGINX.
• Có kiến thức về microservice, container (Docker, Kubernetes), hệ thống giám sát, thu thập Logs tập trung (ELK Stack, Dynatrace …)./ Knowledge of microservices, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and centralized monitoring/logging systems (such as ELK Stack, Dynatrace).
• Có khả năng làm việc với cơ sở dữ liệu Oracle, SQL Server./ Ability to work with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Vận hành hệ thống Core Banking hoặc Dịch vụ tài chính (Chuyên gia: 5-7 năm; CV: 1 năm)./ Experience in Core Banking System Operations or Financial Services Operations (Specialist: 5–7 years; Officer: 1 year).
• Có kỹ năng phân tích và xử lý tình huống, có khả năng tự học, tự đào tạo./ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to self-learn and self-train effectively.
