Oversee Service Center’s Operation Management & Service Network KPI Management:

- Daily supervise and support Service Center to meet the performance target (Repair speed, Long Pending, Repair quality, Customer satisfaction index, secure spare part safety stock, etc.,).

- Timely solution to prevent customers complain (Co-working with VOC team, Dealer Support team and Trainer).

- Daily NPS Detractor review and communicate...

Requirements

- University degree in Business Administration or Electronics Field.

- At least 5 years of working in Customer Service (Electronics field is preferred).

- Good command of English and computer literacy

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
