Your role & responsibilities

• Vận hành và quản trị hệ thống
• Quản trị hệ điều hành Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, WSUS./ Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, and WSUS.
• Có hiểu biết hoặc kinh nghiệm vận hành MS Exchange hay MS On-prem là lợi thế./ Knowledge or experience with MS Exchange or MS On-prem is an advantage.
• Quản lý hệ thống ảo hóa và lưu trữ: VMware vSphere, SAN/NAS, NFS, iSCSI./ Manage virtualization and storage systems such as VMware vSphere, SAN/NAS, NFS, and iSCSI.
• Thiết lập và vận hành hệ thống giám sát như Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana./ Set up and operate monitoring systems including Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Thực hiện scripting và automation cơ bản với PowerShell, Bash hoặc Ansible./ Perform scripting and basic automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible.
• Tham gia thiết kế, triển khai hạ tầng có độ sẵn sàng cao (HA), hệ thống Cluster./ Participate in designing and deploying high-availability (HA) infrastructure and Cluster systems.
• Hỗ trợ xử lý sự cố, đảm bảo uptime và hiệu suất hệ thống./ Support incident handling to ensure system uptime and performance.Hỗ trợ quản trị CSDL (Lợi thế)
• Hỗ trợ vận hành và theo dõi hiệu suất các hệ quản trị cơ sở dữ liệu: MySQL, Oracle, DB2, Tibero./ Support operation and performance monitoring of database systems such as MySQL, Oracle, DB2, and Tibero.
• Phối hợp cùng team DBA để giám sát, sao lưu và phục hồi dữ liệu định kỳ./ Coordinate with the DBA team for monitoring, backup, and data recovery.
• Đọc hiểu logs và thực hiện các thao tác cơ bản trong quá trình xử lý sự cố CSDL./ Interpret logs and perform basic operations during database incident handling.

Your skills & qualifications

• Có ít nhất 1 – 2 năm kinh nghiệm vận hành hệ thống (CentOS, Ubuntu, RedHat)./ At least 1–2 years of experience in system operation (CentOS, Ubuntu, RedHat).
• Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các công cụ giám sát (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK,…)./ Experience using monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.).
• Có kinh nghiệm về ảo hóa VMware là một lợi thế./ Experience with VMware virtualization is an advantage.
• Có kinh nghiệm trong mảng Database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB,…) là một lợi thế./ Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Có kinh nghiệm về vận hành Web Server (NGINX, Apache, Tomcat,…)./ Experience operating Web Servers (NGINX, Apache, Tomcat, etc.).
• Có kinh nghiệm quản trị Database Oracle là một lợi thế./ Oracle Database administration experience is a plus.
