Job Description
Your role & responsibilities
- Develop enterprise applications using Microsoft 365 (E5) and Power Platform ecosystem
- Build Canvas Apps with SharePoint/Microsoft 365 integration and automated workflows
- Design implement chatbots with Copilot Studio
- Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and lead solution reviews
- Mentor team members and ensure quality standards
Your skills & qualifications

- Required Final Educational Background: College/ Bachelor Degree or above
- Major: Computer Science／Information Technology
- Experience: 5+ years software development, 3+ years Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Must-Have Skills:
- Power Apps Canvas: Development and design, Power Fx formulas
- Power Automate: Cloud Flows (automated/instant/scheduled), workflow automation experience
- Microsoft 365: SharePoint Online, Teams integration
- General: Requirements gathering, solution design, Agile/Scrum, testing and troubleshooting, performance optimization
- Communication: English
- Nice-to-Have:
- Advanced Power Platform: Copilot Studio, Model-driven Apps, Dataverse
- Integration: Microsoft Graph API basics, custom connectors
- Administration: Power Platform environment management, governance, DLP policies
- Development Background: PowerShell, C# .NET, JavaScript/HTML/CSS
- Cloud & AI: Azure fundamentals, AI/ML integration experience
- Japanese language (N3+) and Japanese project experience
