Job Description

1. Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City and Haiphong) equipment inventory management, demand forecast, empty customs clearance and reposition arrangement.

2. Depots management. Export EIR control and update.

3. Import and Export Demurrage and Detention management.

4. Special equipment (GOH/RF/FR) arrangement.

5. Equipment damage estimate control and repair.

6. On & off hire, one-way free use containers follow up, MDA...

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree. 5 years relevant equipment control and M & R experience in shipping lines. Good knowledge of equipment management.

2. Good English skill both verbal and written and good communication skills.

3. IICL certificate is necessary, grasp IICL professionally.

4. Familiar with operation cost control and procedure of depots/invoices auditing.
