• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and KPIs.

• Conduct market research to identify audience insights, competitive landscape, and trends.

Creative & Campaign Development

• Oversee the creation of marketing assets such as trailers, posters, key art, behind-the-scenes content, and social campaigns.

• Collaborate with creative agencies, graphic designers, and editors to ensure brand and creative consistency.

• Guide tone, messaging, and creative concepts across all platforms.

Media, PR & Digital Marketing

• Coordinate with media planners to develop paid, owned, and earned media strategies (TV, digital, print, out-of-home, etc.).

• Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, influencer partnerships, and online advertising.

• Oversee PR strategy — press junkets, premieres, interviews, and media relations.

• Track campaign performance and report insights to leadership.

Partnerships & Distribution

• Work with distributors, exhibitors, and streaming platforms to optimize release timing and promotional visibility.

• Develop co-marketing opportunities with brands, sponsors, or other IPs.

• Support international marketing teams where applicable.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and audience engagement strategies.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.

• Passion for film and storytelling.

• Willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with major studios, streaming platforms, or film distributors.

• Familiarity with film festival marketing, premiere planning, and talent publicity.

• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).

Soft Skills

• Strategic and creative problem-solver

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
