• Interface Development: Directly design and implement Landing Pages, satellite websites, and core project interfaces.
• Internal Systems: Design and build User Interfaces (UI) for internal administrative systems and operational management tools.
• Experience Optimization: Collaborate with the Product team to optimize performance, page load speeds, and cross-device responsiveness.
• Rapid Prototyping: Transform raw ideas into interactive demos/prototypes quickly to validate product feasibility.

Your Skills and Experience

• Core Tech Stack: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/Tailwind), and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with at least one modern framework (preferably ReactJS, Next.js, or Vue.js).
• UI/UX Mindset: Strong aesthetic sense and a solid understanding of user experience principles. Proficiency in design tools or AI tools to create layouts/prototypes is a major plus.
• Rapid Development: Ability to translate ideas into code swiftly while maintaining high standards for Clean Code.
• High Ownership: We aren't just looking for "task-takers." We need someone who proactively proposes solutions and takes full responsibility for the quality and experience of the features they own.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (exceptional Juniors with a strong Portfolio are welcome).
