Fresh ICT Officer

Job Description

• Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365 environment, and basic network connectivity.

• Assist users with standard business applications and internal system, learn and support ERP/Application system as assigned.

• Follow IT processes, security policies, and documentation requirements, coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders when needed.

Required Knowledge and Qualifications

• Preferably final-year students or fresh graduates. We also accept intern ICT Officer. When performing excellently during internship, you have high chance of being accepted into a full-time job.

• Fresh or experience in IT which includes proven experience in computer/networking, Security and database management

• Good English skill is required.

• Strong customer facing experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree, in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.

• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN/ network infrastructure, computer software and hardware

• Good knowledge of OS windows, Microsoft Office 365

• Good problem solving

• The ability to interact across all levels of an organization and across a global environment.

• Enthusiasm and responsibility in work.

• Able to start immediately is a plus
