Full-Stack Engineer - XNOQuant

Your role & responsibilities

• Develop core product features: strategy workspace, submissions, dashboards, permissions, and collaboration tools.
• Build and maintain backend services & APIs (auth, user/org, strategy metadata, results, logs).
• Integrate with quant systems: job runners, backtesting/validation pipelines, data services, and monitoring.
• Implement role-based access control, audit trails, and secure data handling (on-prem friendly).
• Improve reliability and performance: caching, queues, observability, CI/CD, automated tests.

Your skills & qualifications

• Strong experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web frameworks (React/Next.js preferred).
• Backend development experience (Node.js/NestJS or similar); solid understanding of REST/gRPC, databases (PostgreSQL/Redis).
• Familiar with Docker, Linux, Git, testing, and production deployment practices.
• Product mindset: can translate requirements into clean UX and robust systems.

 

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python services (quant pipelines), WebSockets/realtime data, RBAC/security, on-prem deployments, Kubernetes.
• Fintech/trading platform exposure.
