We are seeking a skilled and passionate Fullstack Developer with strong backend experience in PHP or Python to join our growing development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. Experience with front-end frameworks (React.js or Vue.js) is required, and knowledge of modern backend frameworks such as Laravel, Django, or FastAPI is highly preferred.

Your Skills and Experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter) or Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Build responsive and performant user interfaces using React.js or Vue.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with databases and third-party services.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver seamless features.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability through best practices and peer code reviews.
• Optimize system performance, handle caching, database queries, and scalability improvements.
• Optional: Contribute to system architecture design or DevOps tasks (Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment) if experienced.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in web development focusing on PHP or Python.
• Solid experience with at least one backend framework: Laravel, CodeIgniter, Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Proficiency in front-end development using React.js or Vue.js.
• Experience designing and working with RESTful APIs and database schema design (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, modern ES standards, and front-end architecture.
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux, Vuex, or Zustand.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SCSS, and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or Kubernetes is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, independence, and a high sense of responsibility.
• English reading/writing skills are required; speaking proficiency is an advantage.

This position requires candidates to be flexible with working shifts depending on project requirements. The available shifts include:
- Regular Shift: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (includes 1.5-hour lunch break)
- Afternoon–Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (includes 1-hour dinner break; shift may vary ±1 hour depending on the season)
