Head of AI Operations Deployment

We are now looking for a strong executor to lead our Operations & Deployment pillar. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Your Mission

• Turn CXVIEW into a scalable AI deployment machine.
• You will own the full operational execution of our projects — from infrastructure design to  deployment standards, SLA management, and managed services optimization.
• This is a hands-on leadership role.

Cross-Functional Leadership (Build → Run → Scale)

You will work closely with:

• Head of Product – to translate AI features into deployable, secure, scalable infrastructure.
• Head of Sales – to support pre-sales discussions, validate technical feasibility, and ensure  proposals are realistic and profitable.

You will participate directly in:

• Pre-sales technical validation
• Solution architecture discussions with clients
• Client workshops and technical presentations  Transition from build phase to live operations
• Long-term client technical governance

From pre-sales to deployment to managed service, you ensure continuity and operational

Key Responsibilities

1. Deployment & Infrastructure

• Design and standardize deployment frameworks (edge / cloud / hybrid)
• Validate network architecture, GPU servers, storage, and security
• Build installation and commissioning SOPs
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on standard

2. Managed Services & SLA

• Define SLA tiers and support models
• Monitor uptime and performance metrics
• Build remote monitoring and escalation procedures
• Optimize service cost vs performance

3. Client Technical Governance

• Handle technical discussions with enterprise clients
• Manage critical incidents
• Ensure delivery quality and system stability
• Protect CXVIEW’s reputation in the field

4. Internal Process & Scaling

• Build operational playbooks
• Lead and train field engineers
• Improve deployment efficiency and margin
• Coordinate tightly with Product and Sales teams

Your Skills and Experience

You are a builder, not just an operations manager.

Experience:

• 7+ years in IT infrastructure, system integration, or managed services
• Experience leading technical teamsgood understanding of networking, servers, cybersecurity, and cloud environments
