Job Description
This role will comprehensively manage the company's human resources, covering recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and team building. This position will directly participate in implementing the company's talent strategy, ensuring HR policies comply with Vietnam's labor regulations, and driving improvements in employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
1. Recruitment Management
· Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and hiring decisions, to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs across departments.
· Maintain employee documentation and ensure compliance with local labor law.
· Keep the employees’ profiles updated and completed based on the HR policy (both hard copies and soft copies).
2. Compensation, Benefits & Employee Welfare
· Handle attendance, monthly payroll calculation, and disbursement, ensuring compliance.
· Assist in formulating competitive salary structures that comply with local market standards and labor laws.
· Administer employee benefit plans, including social insurance, health insurance, and transportation allowances.
· Providing assistance to employees regarding compensation and welfare inquiries.
3. Employee Relations
· Handling employment contracts and onboard process and leaving procedures in accordance with Vietnam's Labor Code.
· Organize employee activities and team-building initiatives, such as training sessions, cultural events, and communication meetings, to enhance team cohesion.
· Coordinate the resolution of employee complaints, grievances, and labor disputes, thereby improving employee satisfaction and fostering a positive work environment.
4. Training & Development
· Be responsible for New Hire Training.
· Assist in formulating the annual training plan and support employee career development.
5. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
· Handle daily office administrative tasks, including but not limited to receiving visitors, answering phone calls, managing mail and couriers, procuring and managing office supplies, and arranging and recording meetings.
· Coordinate and maintain office environment and facilities, ensuring a tidy, safe, and fully functional workspace, and optimizing the use of office space and equipment.
· Perform various administrative duties, such as document organization, data entry, drafting and archiving routine correspondence, and providing travel arrangement support to ensure efficient administrative and logistical support for all departments.
· Assist in organizing company internal events and meetings, responsible for logistical support including venue booking, material preparation, and catering arrangements.
6. Others
· Collaborate across departments to support administrative and logistical tasks (e.g., office environment optimization), ensuring efficient operations.
· Any other special job tasks as designated by line manager.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Management, Human Resource Management, Administration, or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, with prior exposure to recruitment, compensation, or employee relations modules strongly preferred.
3. Familiarity with local labor law and HR compliance.
4. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
