Job Description

1. Recruitment

- Proactive search CVs from different channels & social networks and approach candidates for job interview invitation

- Conduct interview to scan candidates’ qualifications based on the line managers’ requirements, and arrange face-to-face interview with line managers

- Interview result following up and preparing for new employee onboarding

- Record candidates’ database and update recruitment record...

Requirements

- Have experience in HR fields for about 2~3 years and desire to develop professionally in HR

- Good English and Vietnamese communication skills

- Good computer skills (Microsoft office (PowerPoint & Excel), Canva, …)

- Have a high sense of responsibility and accountability

- Be proactive, sociable and positive
