Job Description

Specialized knowledge / education:

• Completed university degree in technical field

Work experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Process Engineer / IE Engineer in electronics or automotive manufacturing.

Qualification:

• Good self-learning skill is essential.

• Good English communication

• Hands-on experience in poka yoke design.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Good at communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.

• Demonstrates teamwork, proactivity, a service-oriented approach, a can-do attitude, a pursuit of perfection, realism, solution-focused thinking, and a commitment to self-improvement.

• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.

• Strong analytical skills and logical thinking, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive optimal decisions.

• Ability of self-planning and prioritizing activities.

• Experience working in excel.

• Creative and innovative mindset.

Plus points:

• Experience in automotive wire harness assembly

• Experience in a multinational company.

• Skilled in technical documentation and leading technical discussions in English.

• Knowledge of KAIZEN, LEAN, and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Experience in creating line balancing for assembly manufacturing processes (preferably in automotive wire harness).
