We are looking for outstanding Full-Stack DevOps Engineers at all levels (Junior, Middle, and Senior) who are technical competitors, developers, strategic planners, and visionaries.

In this multifaceted role, you will be a major player in our technology team, responsible for ensuring our infrastructure's reliability, scalability, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Cloud & Infrastructure (IaC): Design and manage multi-cloud environments using modern tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation).
• Containers & Orchestration: Optimize services on Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker for high availability.
• CI/CD Automation: Build seamless pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) to automate testing and deployments.
• System Health (Observability): Implement monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to keep everything running smoothly.
• Security (DevSecOps): Integrate security best practices (IAM, vulnerability scanning) into the development lifecycle.
• Cost Optimization (FinOps): Provide analysis of cloud spending to ensure we are using resources effectively.
• Strategic Leadership (For Senior): Collaborate with Product teams and mentor junior/middle members.

Requirements

• Must have
  • Communication: English proficiency (Strong reading and writing skills for technical documentation; verbal communication is a significant advantage).
  • Cloud Foundation: Hands-on experience with at least one major provider: AWS or Azure (GCP is a great plus).
  • Automation Mindset: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated deployments.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one language: Python, NodeJS, Go, Java, Ruby, or .NET.
  • Agile spirit: Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban workflows.
• Advanced to have
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Frontend Awareness: Familiarity with ReactJS or VueJS to better support cross-functional teams.
  • SRE Principles: Knowledge of SLO/SLI and error budgets.
  • Mobile DevOps: Experience in CI/CD for native mobile applications.
