-Junior Implementation Consultant SQL/Oracle/Java

RESPONSIBILITY 

HCM-Junior Implementation Consultant (SQL/Oracle/Java)  - Customer Support Team

• Complete assigned tasks/projects and tickets (as applicable) on time and to the defined quality standards
• Learn and use the Way4 solutions, tools, and processes to meet the requirements of internal and external clients
• Collaborate with team members to ensure deliverables are met 
• Participate in simple solution design, configuration, testing and documentation activities, as applicable
• Always communicate with stakeholders/partners in a competent and professional manner
• Ensure smooth and efficient post-implementation for all clients/products
• Communicate client satisfaction and plans to resolve any major outstanding issues to management
• Ensure that all client opportunities and issues are addressed in a timely manner
• Manage deployment of custom work and/or deliverables
• Writing well-designed, testable and efficient code
• Gathering and evaluating user feedback
• Working as a part of a dynamic team to deliver winning products
• Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents
• Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review
• Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance
• Escalating technical issues to the relevant parties when needed and following up till the issues are closed
• Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained
• Answering queries and resolving issue relating to usage of standard applications and IT services
