• Design and develop end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
• Responsible for estimating development work content and achieving planned timelines.
• Create documentation for projects including design, asset inventory, diagrams, and presentations.
• Communicate proposed designs and progress on the work to customers, team leads, and team members.
• Implement solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform/Power Apps
• Use multiple OOTB Connectors with PowerApps and Flow, and preferably create custom connectors for PowerApps and Microsoft Flow.
• Re-write and re-engineer custom legacy applications to PowerApps solutions.
• Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
• Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365.
• Support cross-functional project teams consisting of app development, IT operations, and information security.
• Support web development and SharePoint teams.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong analytical problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Knowledge of systems and/or business analysis design concepts.
• Adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality.
• Excellent UI design skill and hands on experience in designing and developing entities in PowerApps.
• .Net development experience with familiarity with C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SharePoint.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Multi-task effectively between projects.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to meet objectives and effectively multi-task.
• Proactive, self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
• Microsoft Certification in PowerApps will be an added advantage.

• Technologies: PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams,  Azure
• Programming/Scripting Languages: C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
