MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

All candidates must satisfy the following requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university or higher degree
2. Field of Study: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or closely related discipline
3. Language Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in English language (written and oral communication)

POSITION CLASSIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Your Skills and Experience

Level Junior: 

Experience Required: Three (3) years of professional experience in computer vision and machine learning development

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement computer vision algorithms and machine learning models
• Conduct research and apply state-of-the-art techniques to solve complex vision related problems
• Optimize model performance, accuracy, and computational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems
• Document technical specifications and maintain code repositories   

Level Senior:

Experience Required: Five (5) years or more of professional experience in computer vision and machine learning development

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of advanced computer vision and machine learning systems
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team members
• Drive innovation in machine learning methodologies and best practices
• Manage end-to-end delivery of mission-critical AI projects
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• Publications in peer-reviewed conferences or journals
• Experience with modern AI frameworks and tools (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and algorithm design
• Proven track record of deploying AI models in production environments
• Contributions to open-source AI projects
