Responsibilities

Developer Evaluation Criteria (Priority – base)

Technical Environment

• Backend: Python (core), Flask, FastAPI
• Frontend: (Nice to have)

Must – have (Highest priority)

• Strong Python (mandatory)
• Good English Communication

Preferred/ Plus

• Experience with Flask, FastAPI
• FE knowledge
• Aviation domain experience (nice-to-have, not mandatory)

Relevant Work Experience:

• At least 3+ years experience in Python
• At least 4 year experience in software development
• Advanced skills and experience with version control
• Ability to communicate effectively

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields Experience working with automation systems or robotics-related technologies (e.g., motion planning, control, computer vision, AI)
• Experience with Python (a must)
• Familiarity with automation testing frameworks/tools such as Selenium/ Cucumber/ Appium/ Cypress/ Playwright, etc, Robot Framework (preferred).
• Experience working in agile development teams using BDD/TDD approaches and supporting early-stage shift-left testing
• Strong troubleshooting and consultation skills
• Team player with a growth mindset, eager to learn and improve
• English proficiency required for communication
