Your role & responsibilities
• Survey and gather information on business process flows, customer behaviors, and habits when performing business tasks.
• Analyze and synthesize the collected business information and document it as business requirements/documentation.
• Provide business training to project members to ensure all members understand the customer’s business and process flows.
• Develop product trial scenarios aligned with the business process flow.
• Test the design to ensure it best meets users’ business requirements and usability.
• Conduct product trials to ensure they meet business requirements and usability before handover to the customer.
• Provide business training for sales staff, consultants, and product support personnel.
Your skills & qualifications
• Gender: Female
• Graduated with a major in Accounting, Auditing, Finance from prestigious domestic or international universities such as Foreign Trade University, Academy of Finance, University of Commerce, National Economics University, RMIT University, etc.
• MBA or Master of Finance - Accounting graduate preferred
• No Business Analyst experience required; training provided.
• Proficient in English across all 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Intelligent, logical thinker, proactive, with strong critical thinking.
• Able to research, synthesize, analyze, and deliver valuable insights.
