Korean Bridge Software Engineer

Job Description
- Serve as the primary communication bridge between Korean clients and internal project teams on all project-related matters.
- Analyze, clarify, and accurately translate client requirements into actionable tasks for development teams.
- Manage and maintain all project documentation and materials to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the Delivery team and Sales team to monitor progress, control quality, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct testing and quality checks when necessary to support successful project outcomes.
[Required]
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in translating/interpreting within the IT domain.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Korean (TOPIK Level 5 or higher).
- Good English proficiency (TOEIC 650 or equivalent) for reading and writing.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn business domains, software engineering, and languages.
- High sense of responsibility and strong teamwork spirit. [Preferred]
- Experience in project management, business analysis (BA), or software testing.
