LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST/TESTER - ERP DOMAIN

Your role & responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis and documentation for ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, etc.)
• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies including functional, integration, UAT and regression testing
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into system requirements and test scenarios
• Mentor BA/QA team members and establish best practices for requirements management and testing
• Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle from planning to defect resolution and sign-off
• Facilitate workshops with business users to validate requirements and conduct UAT
• Create traceability matrices linking requirements to test cases and business objectives
• Provide gap analysis between current processes and ERP capabilities
• Support data migration validation and system integration testing

Your skills & qualifications

• 5+ years of BA/Testing experience with at least 2 years in ERP domain (SAP/ Oracle/ Microsoft Dynamics/ Odoo)
• Strong understanding of core ERP business processes across multiple modules
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, process mapping)
• Hands-on expertise in test management tools (Jira, TestRail, HP ALM) and methodology (Agile/Waterfall)
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to understand complex business workflows
• Experience leading UAT and managing stakeholder expectations
• Strong documentation skills in creating BRD, FRD, test plans and test cases
• SQL knowledge for data validation testing is a plus

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
