THE ROLE

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be the technical anchor for our Warehouse & Sorting division. You will tackle the "hard problems" of logistics: high-concurrency processing, automated hardware integration, and sub-second latency in a distributed environment. This isn't just about maintenance - it's about re-engineering the future of automated logistics in Vietnam.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust backend systems for Warehouse Management (WMS) and automated Sorting, primarily using Golang/Python
• System Optimization: Drive performance tuning, refactor legacy components, and ensure high availability (Uptime) for mission-critical logistics products.
• Hardware-Software Synergy: Work directly with automated parcel sorting systems, integrating software logic with physical automation.
• Scalable Integration: Build and maintain high-performance Open APIs and event-driven features to support our massive ecosystem of partners.
• Engineering Excellence: Enforce "Clean Code" principles, mentor junior/senior engineers, and promote a culture of rigorous peer reviews and CI/CD best practices.
• Agile Collaboration: Lead technical discussions with cross-functional stakeholders to align business goals with technical roadmaps.

 

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience: 7-8+ years in full-lifecycle software development, with at least 3-4 years of specialized experience in Golang.
• Distributed Systems: Deep expertise in Microservices and Event-driven architecture.
• Performance Engineering: Solid knowledge of multi-threading, parallel programming, Socket communication, and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• Database & Cache: Proficiency in distributed databases, NoSQL, and high-speed caching solutions like Redis.
• Nice to have):
  • Experience with Big Data stacks (Apache Kafka).
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, K8S, and Cloud Platforms (GCP).
  • Familiarity with Mobile app development.
