Qualifications
• Minimum 12–15 years of legal experience, including at least 5–7 years in senior legal leadership roles (Head of Legal / Legal Director / equivalent).
• Extensive experience in real estate development, real estate transactions, construction, and project investment.
• Strong experience in corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), investment structuring, and commercial transactions.
