Thực hiện công việc hỗ trợ BI trong khu vực bảo trì máy móc

To do BI support work in machine maintenance area

Quản lý khu vực bảo trì máy móc theo tiêu chuẩn 5S

Machine maintenance huddle area 5S management

Thu thập bảng chấm công và giao cho bộ phận phụ trách đúng hạn

Attandance form collection and deliver to responsible department on time

Lưu giữ hồ sơ đào tạo

Keep training record

Theo dõi các vấn đề IT trong khu vực bảo trì

Maintenance area IT issue follow up

Hỗ trợ/phối hợp các hoạt động của bộ phận và công ty.

Support/coordinate company or department activity

Nhận văn phòng phẩm và vật tư tiêu hao cho bảo trì máy móc

To get stationary supply and consumables for machine maintenance

Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý hồ sơ và lưu trữ đồng phục trong khu vực bảo trì máy móc

Responsible for the record control and uniform storage in machine maintenance

Phát triển và quản lý lịch bảo trì và các công việc.

Developing and managing detailed maintenance schedules and work orders

Phối hợp và sắp xếp tất cả các hoạt động bảo trì

Coordinating and scheduling all maintenance activities

Đảm bảo tất cả các công việc bảo trì, tuân thủ các quy định an toàn và tiêu chuẩn ngành

Ensuring that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards

Duy trì hồ sơ chính xác về các công việc bảo trì, tình trạng thiết bị và chi phí bảo trì

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and maintenance costs

Làm việc với các bộ phận liên quan để thực hiện sửa đổi và nâng cấp thiết bị

Working with relative department to implement equipment modifications and upgrades

Mua sắm các vật tư và thiết bị cần thiết cho bảo trì

Procuring necessary maintenance supplies and equipment

Làm việc với nhà cung cấp và nhà thầu khi cần thiết

Working with vendors and contractors as needed

Tham gia phát triển và thực hiện các chính sách, quy trình và thực hành tốt nhất về bảo trì

Participating in the development and implementation of maintenance policies, procedures, and best practices

Requirements

Yêu cầu công việc | Do you have what it takes?

Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên.

Diploma or higher qualification

Tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại nhà máy sản xuất hoặc ép nhựa.

At least 2 years of working experience in a moulding or manufacturing factory.

Kỹ năng tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt.

Good English communication skills.

Thành thạo Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Power BI và SAP.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Power BI, and SAP.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Familiar with maintenance equipment and spare parts procurement processes.
