The Job
As a Manual QA Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- QA – Insurance Servicing & Claims
- Execute functional, regression, UAT, and exploratory testing for insurance servicing and claims workflows.
- Validate integrations across front-end, back-end, and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with business, development, and operations teams in an Agile environment.
- Manage test cases, defects, test data, and environment readiness.
- Ensure compliance with QA standards
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, Insurance).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as Manual Test
- Strong knowledge of life and health insurance servicing and claims lifecycle.
- Familiarity with LifeAsia and test management tools (JIRA) (Prefer).
- Basic SQL and exposure to API testing (Postman/Swagger preferred).
- Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
