We are looking for a talented Backend .NET Developer to join our team. 
As a Backend .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side of our web applications. 
Your primary focus will be developing web services and APIs to support our front-end applications, as well as integrating with third-party services.

Responsibilities:

• Development: Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance server-side logic using .NET 6/8+ and .NET framework.
• Architecture: Contribute to system design and architectural decisions, applying principles like Clean Architecture, DDD, or CQRS to handle complex business logic.
• Optimization: Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in both application code and SQL Server queries to ensure the system handles high concurrent loads (thousands of users) smoothly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Frontend developers and Product Owners to define clear API contracts (RESTful) and data models.
• Leadership (For Senior level): Lead technical initiatives, mentor junior members through thorough code reviews, and drive best practices across the team.
• Infrastructure: Help maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based services (AWS/Azure).

Your Skills and Experience

Requirements:

Experience:

• Mid: 2 - 4 years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Senior: 4+ years of experience with a proven track record of designing large-scale systems.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and Dapper.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID, and Design Patterns.
• Experience with database design and advanced SQL optimization (Indexing, Execution Plans).
• Familiarity with Distributed Systems and Message Brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS).
• Experience with Unit Testing (xUnit/NUnit) and automated testing strategies.
• A passion for learning and a desire to stay updated with the latest technologies.

Nice To Have: 

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure).
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity in Ubuntu/IIS, Message/Queue systems, Proxy Server (Nginx)
• Experience with AWS, agile development methodologies and software development best practices is a big plus
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (Reading & Writing). Must be comfortable working with US-based documentation and requirements.
