Mid/ Senior Business Analyst

Your role & responsibilities

Product Execution & Backlog Ownership

• Own and manage the product and offshore engineering backlog
• Ensure all tickets are clearly written, prioritized, and ready for development
• Drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint readiness with engineering leads
• Align backlog priorities with Product Managers and business objectives
• Prioritize implementation of new features and help define delivery timelines

Requirements Definition & Clarity

• Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to gather, clarify, and refine requirements
• Translate inputs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
• Identify gaps, ambiguity, or missing details early and resolve them before development starts
• Act as the subject matter and technical expert for internal stakeholders
• Ensure engineering teams fully understand what needs to be built and why

Cross-Functional & Offshore Coordination

• Act as the day-to-day coordination point between:
  • Offshore Engineering (Vietnam)
  • Onsite Product Managers
  • Onsite Designers
• Represent product intent clearly to the Vietnam engineering team
• Answer day-to-day product questions and escalate risks, scope changes, or delivery concerns early
• Track dependencies, decisions, and deliverables to keep execution moving
• Follow up proactively on open items and ensure timely responses from stakeholders

QA, Release & Post-Launch Support

• Participate in UAT, smoke testing, and post-launch validation with QA
• Support rapid delivery and iteration of experimental features
• Ensure experiments are well-scoped, documented, and tracked
• Create internal release collaterals to showcase product enhancements, including:
  • Knowledge Based articles
  • Product documentation

Your skills & qualifications

Tools & Technical Skills

• Strong experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and similar tracking/documentation tools
• Understanding of APIs and JSON
• Comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple inputs simultaneously

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Associate Product Manager, or similar execution-focused role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience
• Experience working with distributed or offshore engineering teams
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) — clear, concise, and structured
