We are an American based company who are looking to add Mobile Developer to our team on a Full-Time basis. We are interested in developing software products with adapting the latest technologies and methodologies of software development. Some of the tools we are currently using: .NET Framework and Core, MAUI, ReactJS, MSSQL, Cloud services, CI/CD.

You will work in an environment where AI is part of the development workflow — accelerating delivery, reducing feedback loops, and improving product quality.

These engineers will be working on both current applications and new developments. All of our projects are for in-house use only.

Your Skills and Experience

Technical Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience in the IT industry.
• At least 3 years’ experience Mobile development
• Strong proficiency in MAUI, Xamarin (Android, iOS).
• Experienced in .NET development (C#, NET, ASP.NET MVC, EF, Unit Tests, RESTful services, SOAP services).
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle (from development to deployment).
• Understanding of Apple's design principles & interface guidelines, and Google’s material design guidelines
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. Azure SQL,MSSQL, SQLLite).
• Familiar with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• Able to communicate in English.

AI-Driven Development (Required Mindset)

We operate in a 24/7 AI-augmented environment. You should:

• Be comfortable using AI coding assistants
• Use AI tools to reduce iteration loops between Dev & Tester
• Optimize your workflow using AI for testing, debugging, and refactoring
• Continuously improve your AI productivity leverage

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience in MS Azure.
• Have experience in ERP (NetSuite,GP)
• Knowledgeable of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS.
• Basic knowledge of microservice architecture.
