WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
1. Software Development
• Develop and maintain desktop/web applications using .NET technologies.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and web services to support both desktop and web platforms.
• Participate in system architecture design, technical discussions, and code reviews.
• Optimize and refactor code to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
2. Problem-Solving & Security Compliance
• Diagnose and resolve advanced technical problems by providing effective and practical
solutions.
• Apply secure coding practices to ensure data protection and maintain code integrity.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with relevant standards, guidelines,
and industry regulations.
3. Version Control & Documentation
• Manage source code using Git and follow best practices for version control.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and project
updates to ensure team alignment and continuity.
4. Collaboration & Project Coordination
• Work closely with developers, project engineers, testers, and technical leads to support a
cohesive work environment.
• Perform code reviews as both reviewer and reviewee, driving code quality across the team.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively and consistently.
• Support project planning by estimating tasks, identifying risks, and helping establish schedules
and milestones.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance development efficiency and
project outcomes.
• 3+ years of professional experience with a strong background in C# and .NET backend
development
• Experience with multi-threaded programming and improving existing libraries/applications while
assessing associated risks.
• Solid experience with .NET Framework and familiarity with .NET Core versions.
• Experience customizing DevExpress components (e.g., GridControl, XtraReports).
• Basic JavaScript knowledge for integrating web or hybrid components.
• Experience with multi-threading and enhancing existing libraries while assessing associated

• Demonstrated self-motivation, integrity, openness, and positive mindset.
• Strong logical thinking, teamwork, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work proactively with a strong sense of ownership and customer-focused mindset.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
