Key Responsibilities:
Financial Transactions Management:
- Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner. (AP invoice/AP reserve invoice/Outgoing payment – petty cash/bank/Incoming payment)
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and policies.
Financial Reporting:
- Assist manager in the preparation of monthly and annual financial/management reports for management.
Compliance and Regulatory Requirements:
- Issue VAT invoice, and resolve other issues regarding VAT invoice, customer balances on daily basis.
- Prepare sales contract for customers.
- Review and prepare Value-Added Tax return on monthly basis.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial reporting requirements.
- Assist in financial external audits and coordinate with line manager and auditors as necessary.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and make necessary adjustments to processes and reporting accordingly.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and enhance finance and accounting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Recommend and implement process improvements that optimize resource utilization.
Collaborative Team Player:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights and guidance to aid decision-making. Support sales team to prepare sales contract.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to ensure effective teamwork.
- Work with queries, request from customer regarding account balance, VAT invoice, customer information.
- Chase customers for the payment, work closely with sales team to collect overdue balance.
- Other tasks may be assigned by line manager.
Admin support:
Support office admin works.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in a similar position.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP: SAP, Odoo).
- Attention to detail and accuracy with exceptional analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to challenges.
