The Job
- Act as a communication bridge between Korea HQ / clients and the Vietnam development team
- Translate and interpret project communications and documents (Korean ↔ Vietnamese)
- Support requirement clarification and documentation (minutes, action items, project notes)
- Assist with project schedule tracking, issue follow-up, and progress reporting
- Manage requests and issues using tools such as JIRA / Confluence
- Support UAT activities by collecting user feedback and coordinating with the development team
- Assist in reviewing project deliverables (requirements, screen specs, test cases, etc.)
- Experience Level: 4+ years preferred
- Languages: Korean + Vietnamese (English is a plus)
- Korean proficiency: TOPIK level 5 or above
- Maximum age: 35 years old (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as IT COMTOR / BrSE / PMO
- Experience in banking / finance projects
- Hands-on experience with JIRA / Confluence
- Basic knowledge of SQL / API / system integration
- Good English communication skill
