1. Position Overview

The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across key online selling platforms, including but not limiting Shopee, TikTok, Facebook, and Google.

This role focuses on data-driven performance optimization, with the objective of improving ROAS and Revenue contribution from paid channels on all online platform.

This position will work closely with the eCommerce team to support product operations, campaign strategies, and overall online business growth.


2. Key Responsibilities

Budget Management by campaign level

• Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads.

• Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve performance targets.

• Monitor campaign performance daily, weekly, monthly and make timely adjustments.

• Manage performance of agencies (if available)

Performance Optimization

• Optimize campaigns at multiple levels including:

o SKU / Campaign / Keyword level

o Ad format and creative level

o Time-slot bidding strategies

• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, bidding strategies, and audience segments.

• Improve campaign efficiency through continuous optimization of Spending, Traffic, ROAS, CPC, CPA, and/or CR.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze advertising performance data and identify growth opportunities.

• Provide regular performance reports including insights, recommendations, and action plans.

• Track campaign KPIs and ensure alignment with revenue and profitability targets.

Product & Promotion Support

• Collaborate with eCommerce and platform sales teams to support:

o Product launches

o Promotional campaigns

o Seasonal and platform-driven sales events

• Utilize advertising data to inform product strategy and promotion planning.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with:

o eCommerce Managers

o Platform Sales Leaders

o Creative/Content teams

• Ensure advertising strategies align with overall digital commerce objectives.


3. KPIs

• ROAS in acceptable range

• Advertising-driven revenue growth

• Conversion rate improvement

• CPA, CPO optimization

• Budget efficiency across advertising channels

Requirements

Experiences

• 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Advertising.

• Hands-on experience managing ads of the following platforms:

o Shopee Ads

o TikTok Ads

o Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

o Google Ads

• Experience in Marketplace environments is strongly preferred.

• Experience in managing from $100,000 budget monthly

- Knowhow of using AI in optimizing Ads is a high priority point.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.

• Experience with campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.

• Familiarity with Large number SKU-level performance analysis and Marketplace advertising structures.

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / eCommerce analytics tools / Marketing dashboards for reporting and analysis.
