• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of product development projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, track progress, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business analysts, web developers, data analysts, and other key stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues promptly, and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend improvements to enhance future project outcomes.

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles, preferably in fintech, financial services, e-commerce, or software development environments.
• Demonstrated experience in designing web applications, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, etc.
• Practical experience with project methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
