We are looking for a Product Designer to join our AI AVATAR team, focusing on creating visually compelling and user-friendly experiences. This role requires a strong mix of UI/UX design and graphic design expertise to enhance AI-driven interactions, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for users across mobile and web platforms. 

Responsibilities 

1. Mock-Up Creation: 

• Design initial product mock-ups focusing on main functional screens based on high-level requirements. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the designs align with the project vision and user needs. 

2. Detailed Screen Execution: 

• Once the mock-ups are approved, create detailed screens for all additional functions. 
• Break down complex user flows into clear, logical, and visually appealing designs. 

3. User Flow Optimization & Documentation: 

• Map out, refine and document user flows to ensure seamless navigation and a consistent user experience. 
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and usability testing to iterate and enhance designs. 
• Provide thorough annotations and explanations for developers and other team members. 

4. Graphic Design & Visual Branding 

• Develop and maintain the visual identity of AI AVATAR, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence across all platforms. 
• Create in-app visuals, UI illustrations, banners, icons, animations, and other visual assets to enhance the user experience. 
• Design marketing materials, including social media content, advertisements, and promotional materials for product launches and campaigns. 
• Ensure color balance, typography, and visual hierarchy align with brand guidelines and current design trends. 
• Develop high-quality visual storytelling elements that enhance the emotional connection between users and AI avatars. 

5. Testing and Quality Assurance: 

• Test product designs before release to ensure a high-quality user experience. 
• Identify and resolve usability issues, ensuring designs meet user needs and project goals. 

6. Collaboration: 

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure feasibility and functionality of designs. 
• Present design concepts and rationales clearly to the team and stakeholders for approval. 
• Work closely with the operations team during each product release to address any design-related needs or adjustments. 
• Ensure a smooth handoff of designs to developers and provide support during implementation. 

7. Design Standards:

• Maintain consistency with established design guidelines and brand identity. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative and modern designs. 

8. Leadership & Team Development 

• Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they quickly adapt and effectively contribute. 
• Contribute to resource planning and allocation efforts, recognizing that supporting the company’s talent needs is an essential management responsibility. 
• Work independently on assigned tasks with minimal oversight, delivering high-quality, error-free results. 
• Review and provide constructive feedback on the work of other team members to maintain high standards across the team.

Your Skills and Experience

• 3+ years proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role. 
• Having a keen aesthetic sense and a creative mind. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Economics, Business, or a related field. 
• Candidates with a design certification or equivalent work experience in product design, UI/UX, or related areas are also welcome. 
• Academic achievements, awards, or recognitions during education are a plus and demonstrate a commitment to excellence. 
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping. 
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator for graphic design 
• Strong portfolio showcasing detailed user flows, mock-ups, and product designs. 
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Ability to break down complex requirements into actionable design deliverables. 
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills. 
• Effective communication of ideas through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes. 
• Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing or data-informed design.
