A Product Developer is someone who can turn ideas into clear requirements and intuitive user experiences. This hybrid role combines business analysis, UX/UI thinking, and product planning. You will work closely with the Product Owner, engineering, QA, and business teams to shape features from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Design & Develop Product features together with PO based on target User needs and Value
• Break down PO vision into clear, structured requirements and acceptance criteria
• Gather and analyze business needs, propose feasible solutions
• Create BRD, SRS, user stories, functional specs, and API requirements
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and improve UX/UI
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and stakeholders in Agile proces
• Perform UAT, validate feature quality, and support release training
• Track product performance and recommend improvements

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in BA, Product, or UX roles
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and communication
• Proficient in wireframing/prototyping (Figma or similar)
• Solid understanding of UX principles and usability
• Experience with Agile
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive attitude
• “Product mindset” — ability to balance user needs and business value
