In this role, you will take primary accountability for strategic product groups, contributing directly to the growth and efficiency of the company's ecosystem:

• Vision & Strategy: Establish and further develop the vision, mission, and long-term strategies with detailed KPIs for all products/modules within your assigned group.
• Market Insight: Closely monitor the digital market in Vietnam to identify and evaluate potential opportunities in a systematic and pragmatic manner with clear, measurable goals.
• End-to-End Coordination: Seamlessly manage activities from Discovery and Delivery to Go-to-Market by collaborating closely with Marketing, Product Design, User Research, Data, and Engineering teams.
• Leadership & Inspiration: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior Product Managers, fostering an independent and creative collective.

Your Skills and Experience

• Product Experience: A solid foundation in Software/Digital Product Management. Preference will be given to candidates who have operated multi-module systems with a large user base or complex Operational Excellence platforms.
• Leadership Skills: Experience managing high-level professionals. You are someone who inspires through influence and coaching (mentorship).
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to conceptualize and structure complex ideas into clear actionable plans, decision-making frameworks, or processes for the team.
• Results-Oriented: A proven track record of launching features/products that achieve key business outcomes. Demonstrates strong ownership and a decisive drive to complete goals.
• Problem Solving: Sharp analytical thinking with well-structured writing and presentation skills.
• Language Proficiency: Good English skills (particularly Reading and Listening) to research international technology trends
