Job Description
About Navigos Group
Navigos Group is a leading HR tech company in Vietnam, helping people find the right jobs and helping companies hire the right talent. We own and operate multiple recruitment platforms serving different segments of the labor market—from mass hiring and students/freshers to senior and professional roles. Our products currently support millions of job seekers and thousands of employers. As a product manager at navigos, your work directly impacts how talent and opportunity connect across the market.
The role
We are not looking for someone to maintain a roadmap. We are looking for a product manager who can find the right problems and turn them into real impact. In this role, you will not receive a fixed list of features. You will explore our HR tech platforms, identify high-impact opportunities, and own them end-to-end, from discovery to delivery.
What you will do
• Identify real problems: Understand where job seekers and employers struggle, and why those problems matter.
• Decide what to build and why: Use user insight, market context, and business impact to choose the right problems to solve.
• Prioritize for impact: Make tough trade-offs and focus engineering effort on what delivers the highest return.
• Ship, learn, improve: Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing to launch products, test assumptions, and iterate quickly.
• Own the outcome: Define clear success metrics and take responsibility for retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
Who you are
• You think about problems, not features: You start by deeply understanding user and business pain points before proposing solutions.
• You balance impact across users, business, and technology: You understand unit economics and revenue models. You can discuss trade-offs with engineers and make decisions that work technically, commercially, and for users.
• You are data-driven and reason independently: You use data to validate ideas, challenge assumptions, and avoid copying competitors without understanding why.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity: You make progress even when goals are unclear and answers aren't obvious.
• You communicate clearly: You explain complex ideas simply and align teams around what matters most.
Requirements
Requirements
• 3–5+ years of product management experience in a fast-moving technology environment.
• A track record of shipping products with measurable impact (B2B, B2C, or marketplace experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical thinking and a builder mindset.
• Fluency in English to collaborate across local and international teams.
