We are expanding our team and looking for talented Product Owner and Business Analyst professionals to build a modern ERP/CRM platform with IFRS compliance and modular Odoo-style architecture.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, accounting experts, and business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable enterprise systems.
1️⃣ Product Owner (ERP)

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog.
• Translate business needs into product specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum development cycles.
• Design ERP modules such as Accounting, CRM, Inventory, and Workflow.
• Ensure ERP features align with IFRS standards (IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IAS 21, IAS 2).
• Coordinate product releases, UAT, and stakeholder feedback.

2️⃣ Business Analyst (ERP)

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from Finance, Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams.
• Conduct As-Is / To-Be analysis and define system workflows.
• Design and document ERP processes including:
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Prepare BRD/SRS, user stories, BPMN diagrams, and wireframes.
• Support UAT testing and defect tracking.
• Plan data migration (COA, master data, opening balances).
• Prepare user guides and support system go-live.

Your Skills and Experience

Requirements for Product Owner (ERP)

• 3–5+ years experience as Product Owner / Product Manager.
• Experience delivering ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software products.
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows (O2C, P2P, R2R).
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong documentation and product management skills.
• Good English communication skills.

Requirements for Business Analyst:

• 3–5+ years experience as Business Analyst in ERP or CRM projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes and accounting workflows.
• Knowledge of IFRS standards such as IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IAS 21.
• Experience writing functional documentation and process diagrams.
• Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, or Figma.
• Good English communication skills.
